How do I join the Krypto-Knight Comic Book Club?

Is there a cost to joining the Krypto-Knight Comic Book Club?

Yes and No.  You can sign up for FREE but in order to fully benefit from the KKC Club there is a cost and we have made it quite affordable with 3 options.  A yearly subscription is only $30 or you may take advantage of our monthly and quarterly payment arrangements.  You can pay at a monthly rate of $3 a month ($36 yearly) or you may choose to pay 3 months at a time for $8 ($34 yearly).  Certainly a yearly subscription is much less costly with a savings of 20% over the monthly rate.   However, as you can see, any option you choose is inexpensive and worth the benefits.  

Can I cancel my membership?

Why would you want to cancel?  Well if you feel you have to cancel it is possible to do so.   We will refund a pro-rated portion off of your yearly and quarterly subscription.  Pro-rating is based on the monthly membership rate.  For example, if you cancel you your membership after 4 months, we figure the monthly rate at $3 per month making the total $12.  We would, therefore, refund you $18.  The math is similar for the quarterly rate as well.  If you choose a monthly rate and choose to cancel, we simply terminate your membership at the next monthly anniversary.   To unsubscribe click here! How do I get my 15% discount?

Your discount is figured at the shopping cart.  When you are ready to check out you will see a place in the shopping cart that asks for a coupon or a voucher.  In the box provided, type in your password and then continue the process.  Your discount will be subtracted.  If you are have problems be sure to double check your typing, spelling and casing.  For example, if your password is “comicbookfan”, do not type “COMICBOOKFAN”.  If you continue to have problems, contact us.

What if I lose or forget my User ID and Password?

We recommend bookmarking our site and storing your information.  However, we also understand some folks prefer not to do that.  If you forget your UserID or Password just visit our Lost UserID/Password page, fill out the required information and the security question and we will send you an email with your information.  This could take up to 24 hours to retrieve so please be patient.

Can someone else use my password and get the discount?

No.  We double check everything before shipping.  If your address, name and password do not match we will contact you by email to confirm your order before shipping.  If you need to change your account information such as address, email, password, etc., then visit the Change Account Information page and fill out the required information.  We will notify you by email to confirm.  This could take up to 24 hours.

I have a problem with my order.  What do I do now?

We understand that problems happen.  The first step is to contact us and let us know what the situation is and then we will work to see what we can do to resolve it.  Do to the fact that every situation is different and that there could arise an unforeseen problem, we will handle each individual case as it occurs.  It is our goal to make your visit a pleasant one.
