Rule #1

Do not bid unless you are serious about buying the item.  When you offer a bid for an item up for auction you are expressing your desire to buy the item and are agreeing to pay for that item should you gain the winning bid.  This also would also include an agreement to pay the shipping and handling costs stated for the specified item.  Once a bid is submitted it cannot be retracted.

Rule #3

When your bid is the winning bid on any auction you are expected to pay for items within 24 hours of receiving an online invoice.  You will be expected to pay for such items by means of a credit card, debit card or a PayPal account.  Checks and money orders are not at present being accepted.   

Rule #4

If you have questions about an item or wish to see more pictures you must send a request at least 24 hours prior to the end of the auction.  If you send a request with less than 24 hours from the end of the auction we cannot guarantee that such requests can be met or honored.  

Rule #5

Some items will have a reserve price placed on them.  This price is hidden but represents a minimum amount we will accept for an item.  If the item does not receive a bid equal to or higher than the reserve price by the end of the auction then the higher bidder will not be expected to purchase the item.  In addition, we will not reveal the reserve price.  However, if a bid is placed that matches or surpasses the reserve price we will make a notification that the reserve price has been met.  Once the reserve price is met the highest bidder at auction’s end will be expected to purchase  the item in harmony with Auction Rules.

Rule #6

Unless otherwise stated in the auction, all auctions have a 3 day return policy.  All items are tracked and insured.  If your item WITHOUT QUESTION does not fit the description provided and you are unhappy, you may return the item.  You must FIRST contact us with your complaint within 3 days of receiving your package.  If we agree to accept a return, you will be responsible for shipping the item back and for those shipping costs.  Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were sent.  You will be responsible for any returned items that are damaged!

Rule #7

Krypto-Knight Comics reserves the right to cancel any order, refuse any offer from a buyer, and cancel any membership from a KKC Club Member if rules are violated or disrespect is shown to other members.  No negative, racial, national, sexist or derogatory comment will be allowed to be made in auctions or forums.  This includes pornographic remarks or comments, spam or promotion of unrelated websites, scams, money making deals, self-promotion, or suggestive remarks to other members.  We have members of all ages and NO TOLERANCE is our view of such actions.
